To ensure all service standards are maintained in line with VBC SOPS)

To constantly look-out for improving ways in which 4-5 business centre clients are served and towards better management/ resolution of their complaints.

To raise Monthly Bills/Invoices for all VBC Clients at Vatika Business Centre Hyderabad. To ensure that all new invoices, raised for vbc clients’ in any given month, are submitted with them by 3rd business day of every month.

To take care of Stationery Service Requests (for Clients as well as Admin Usage) following SOP defined in the SOP HAND-BOOK.

To check for automation services like fax / printing / scanning .

To prepare monthly MIS and taking care of imprest .

2-4 years of experience
